Contributions are not tax deductible. Paid for and authorized by the Republican Party of Virginia. Funds received will be deposited into the RPV's federal account unless otherwise prohibited. Federal law requires us to use our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer of individuals whose contributions exceed $200 in a calendar year. Corporate contributions are welcome for State election purposes only and State law requires us to report the type of business for all corporate contributions exceeding $100 in a calendar year. Contributions from foreign nationals are prohibited.

The servers that house www.RPV.org are maintained in a manner that safeguards the information in our databases effectively.

Contributions

In particular, when you contribute online, the transaction is processed using encrypted code on a secure donation site, on a secure and dedicated IBM web server. The personal information that is requested is the same that we would request for donating through the mail. We do not retain records of contributors' credit card numbers.
